Community Health services including all Allied Health in Trentham, Daylesford, Crewsick and Clunes will be closed from 5pm Friday 20 December and will re-open 8:30am Monday 6 January.
Reception at both Creswick and Daylesford Hospital will be closed on the public holidays (25th, 26th Dec and 1st Jan) and operating as per normal business hours 0830-1700 Mon – Fri on all other days.
